Calculate acerage from odd shaped land

My property has a very odd shape and I am finding it very difficult to calculate my acreage can you help?
Draw a line from west to east and measurement is 90.51 take an angle of 120° at the end of the east line going south east measure 78.25 take another line at the end of that one going south west angle 93° measure 123.51. Take another angle of 88°going northwest measure 116.53 then finally make a concave curve to join up the to remaining points this measurement is 67.19n I would have attached a document but cant maybe if you email me I can send you a layout of the land. Thanks for your intelligence.

That's actually a pretty good description and I can do a good approximation from it. However, I am guessing you have a plat (drawing) of the property. Where it specifies the length of each sideline, does it also specify and angle?
It would be in degrees, minutes, seconds, preceded by N or S, and followed by E or W. It would really help (and increase accuracy) to have those bearing angles.

Also, on the curved section, is 67.19 the arc length (preceded by A), does it also give any of radius, central angle, or chord length? It would help to have those. Do the adjacent sidelines appear radial (locally perpendicular) to the curve?

Edit: Looks like I need those bearing angles and details on the curve. I tried to reconstruct it from the angles you gave, and it doesn't quite work out. Since it misses by 20 feet or so, no point in doing a flawed estimate.

I do have the drawing however i do not have the specific angles these are as close approximates as i can get. If i was to estimate the angle of the curve i would say it is a qtr moon shape. Sorry for the inconsistancy but thats the best i can do. It is symetrical though. To make it meet maybe my angles are a little off in the degrees. But on the drawing the curve is 67.19 so adjustment of the angles will probably be required.

OK, I can't proceed the way I hoped to. Let's try another way. I'll need three more pieces of related info.

Where the curve is, draw a chord; that's the straight line between the curve's end points. I need to know three things about it:

1) Measure the interior angle where the chord meets the 90.51' side, just like you did the other angles.

2) Measure the interior angle angle where the chord meets the 116.53' side.

3) Use the scale of the drawing to measure the length of the chord. It should be a little less than the 67.19 curve, probably between 62-67'.

The chord makes it a five-sided polygon (I'll subtract a chord-to-arc correction at end). The sum of the five angles should be 540°. Please check and remeasure the five angles to at least get a total of 540°.

Then, I'll do the best estimate I can from the info.

Edit: PS: The area looks to be somewhere around 9800 ft² or 0.23 acre. However, that could easily be off 10%, maybe a little more based on roughness of info.
