1.25 kg/m³ would be very very light. Are you sure its not 1.25 kg/L? What is the substance?

You have to look up the density of a 67.5 Brix solution. My Handbook of Chemistry & Physics gives 66 Brix = 1.3224 kg/L and 68 Brix = 1.3348 kg/L. Interpolating, 1.3317 kg/L
1.3317 kg/L x 2643 L = 3520 kg. |

It depends. 1 L of air is about 1.2 g, 1 L of mercury is about 13.6 kg. Different substances have different densities. You have to know the substance and its density to convert between volume and mass.
