Default Converting grams to the actual egg

I have a professional recipe from our colleg and it calls for 630 g of egg whites. I tried the conversion website and it's useless. How can I find out how many eggwhites it is without weighing them? Thanks Deb

USDA database (see link I placed in our "resource" section) says 33 g/egg of egg white for "large" eggs, so you need around 19 eggs. But it would be better to weigh them.
