Convert minutes to kilometers

I want to find the resolution of a model in km. The resolution of the model is 4 minutes how do I convert this to kilometers

In a simple "round earth" model 1' of latuitude = 1 nautical mile = 1.852 km. In an ellipsoidal model, this varies slightly from equator to pole, but is a complex function of latitude (a series expansion is usually used).

For longitude, again in the round model, 1' Longitude = 1.852 km * cos (Latitude), so equal at the equator, declining to zero at the poles.

Are we talking minutes of geodetic arc (1.852 km to a minute, if we use the nautical mile), or are we modeling something else?

Since an hour is 60 minutes, 45 min = 0.75 h.
15.2 km/0.75 h = 20.3 km/h
