wet sludge cubic yards to dry tons

I am working on a bid for a client. we usually bid projects by the wet or loose cubic yard. we are a dredging company.

i have a client that wants a bid using dry tons as the unit vs. cubic yards.
here is the information we have:

850,000 wet cubic yards of secondary sludge exist in sludge pond.
They gave me total dry tons of 55,000 using a 7.5% solids at a specific gravity of 1.03.

Since all of our pricing is based off of cubic yards, how can I convert cubic yards to dry tons for bidding this project?
