gallons in a drum
I need some help i have a drum that is 32 inches in diameter and 80 inches long need to know how many gallons of fluid is in tank

There is a calculator for that here:
http://www.onlineconversion.com/obje...e_cylinder.htm A cylinder with a radius of 16 inches (1/2 the diameter of 32) and a length of 80 inches has a volume of 64339.81754551896 cubic inches. You then convert cubic inches to gallons on the volume conversion page. 64339.817545519 cubic inch = 278.5273486819 gallon [US, liquid] About 279 gallons.
