Everyone here seems to know a lot about the conversions for food. I was wondering if you can help me out. I have a recipe for an Austrian dessert but it's all in mL and gr. Can anyone tell me the US conversion for the following:

500 mL milk
270 g butter
1000 g flour
14 g dry yeast
50 g raisins

120 grams of butter would be a little over 1/2 cup

flour is 113.4 gr. per cup
butter I used your 120 grams and it was 0.529 cups
