26 grams is almost 1 oz - not really meaningful to use cups. Hope this helps :-)

granulated sugar is 190 grams/cup.

120 grams / 190 = 0.6 cups

A little over half a cup.

Cool Re: teaspoons to miligrams

Hi...along the same lines, how many miligrams of salt would be in a teaspoon and how do you do the math? I know it involves density, doesn't it? It's been a while...okay...a LONG while...
