Hi, Can you tell me how to convert the following into grams?

2 cups of hazelnuts, coarsely chopped.

1/4 parsley, finely chopped.

USDA database, linked above, says:
1 cup chopped hazelnuts = 115 g
1 cup fresh parsley = 60 g

Again using USDA link above,
1 cup cornstarch = 128 g, so 2.34 cups.

hi my recipe calls for 100grams of butter, 100 grams of ground almonds, 100 grams of self-rising flour, 100 grams of golden caster sugar and 250 grams of ricotta cheese

I'm making German Pancakes and need to convert
250g flour and ca ½ litre milk. Please, what is the US equivalency for each item and what do you think "ca" means?

if converting to US cups
250 g. flour is aprox. 2 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 litre of milk is aprox. 2.11 cups.
