Re: grams to cups

According to the rec.cooking.faq, ground almonds have a density of 85 grams/cup

250 grams / 85 grams/cup = 2.94 cups

Just use 3 cups.

Re: grams to cups

im pretty sure that 30g would equal about .3529 cups.

85g = 30g
1 c = x

then cross multiply which would be 30=85x,
divide each side by 85, and x=.3529

Re: grams to cups

According to the Rec.Cooking.faq:

300 grams of U.S. all-purpose flour = 3 cups
300 grams of U.K. self-raising flour = 2.73 cups
300 grams of Deaf Smith flour = 2.3 cups

300 grams of salt = 1.25 cups
