Those work out to the same value. No conversion is necessary.

milligram/liter = microgram/milliliter

1 milligram (mg) = 1000 mcg (µg) 1 microgram Now do the reverse

i do not understand. i'm sorry. i have a vitamin that i take and it id 1000mcg. i recently found a vitamin that is the same, but it says 100mg. are these two comparable?
