CO2 is normally a gas, I'm assuming that is what you are asking about.
The molar mass of CO2 is 44, and 1 mole of ideal gas at 25°C, and atm occupies 24.5L.
Your volume is a proportion of that:
16 ÷ 44 x 24.5 = 8.9L, or 8900mL
This will change slightly for different temperatures and pressures. If you are applying the ideal gas law, temp needs to be in Kelvin, and pressure needs to be in atm.
