what type and size of drill bit do i buy that is 4mm,1.5mm,3mm,2,mm,0.8 please help.

Google metric drill bits. Plenty of places sell them. Buy the right size. Generally no inch-sized drill will give you the metric size you are looking for. A 1.5 mm drill lies between 3/64 and 1/16, or between #53 and #54 drill wire gauges. If you want a 1.5 mm hole, buy a 1.5 mm drill bit.
