Talking PSI to MPH

I need help trying to convert this. My situation is this - wind driven rain on a window at 85 to 110 mph winds during a hurricane versus using a power washer of 2000 psi to wash the windows. How does that 2000 psi compare or convert to the wind driven rain pressure on the windows.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

The Canadian government worked up some great scientific reports on this. Though currently I cant find the link. It was posted in the old forum and I have temporary lost track of it.

They have done alot of research on force of wind on tall buildings.
