Default How may Cubic Yards is a Unit of Barkdust?

Every place I call to get Barkdust delivered quotes prices per Unit of delivery. What volume is a Unit of Barkdust? It's obvious more than a yard or a bucket. It is huge!

Default Re: How may Cubic Yards is a Unit of Barkdust?

I did some searching and found this site here:
http://www.barkblowers.com/Bark%20Bl...s/BBIfaqs.html

1 unit of barkdust is 200 cubic feet or 7.407 cubic yards, though most places estimate and call it 7.5 yards.

1 unit covers 1200 square feet at 2 inches thick.
