convert cubic meters to square meters

if u have a problem that states how many 1 meter squares into a area that is 9 square meters

I want see what 17,985 square metres would convert to in some form of construction? Number of levels in a building?
Distance in Australia - Sydney to?
Whatever may sound great and impressive?

An area is the product of two dimensions (generally length and width). It can't be converted to a singular linear measure without consideration of the other dimension. How about 1.7895 ha? (hectare)

I have the dimentions of 9.30m x 2.50m x 3.30m what will be the volume in cubic meters?

Just multiply it out:
9.30 m x 2.50 m x 3.30 m = 76.7 m³

There is no conversion; it depends on the shape and involves one more dimension.

Spheres, pyramids, etc will be different, but lets talk rectangular solids with a length, width, and height (all in meters)
Floor area = length x width (in square meters)
Volume = length x width x height = floor area x height.

But floor area isn't the only area, there is also a top or ceiling area, and also each of the four walls or sides have an area, two are length x height, and two are width x height.

So to answer your question, if the 200 square meters has no height, it is zero cunic meters, if 1 m high, 200 m³, if 2 m high, 400 m³, etc. If you don't know the missing dimension, there is no meaningful answer.
