M size t shirt equals what Jr Size?

They list the measurements on the lower right. Try taking an existing t-shirt of hers and measure it.

It appears from the measurements that a mens small is their Jr. Large. But I would not even guess what a medium womens would be in Jr. sizes. Best if you could measure it.

I have yet to find a way to go from Women's sizes to Junior sizes without severe dieting. I've known one or two women who wore a small or extra small that could wear a large in Junior's, but you don't see that too often. If you absolutely have to have that shirt then try a large or extra large.
