If I had 150lb/ft3 how would I convert to kN/m3? I found an online conversion value of 0.1571 but I don't know where that value comes from. Thanks guys and I love this web site!

The conversion factor would be:
(pounds to kilonewtons) / (cubic feet to cubic meters) 1 pound-force = 0.004 448 221 6 kilonewton 1 cubic foot = 0.028 316 846 711 688 3 cubic meter 0.0044482216 / 0.0283168467116883 = 0.1571 150 lb/ft3 * 0.1571 = 23.565 kN/m3 |

Thanks Robert. I wasn't dividing my pounds in N by 1000 k. I was multiplying it. Thank you very much for setting that up for me.
