Are the cubic feet normal or abnormal? Specifically, are the temperature and pressure conditions the same?

You can't convert nm ro cfm , but you can convert to cubic feet
1 m x (1 ft/0.3048 m) = 35.315 ft
1 m/h x (1 ft/0.3048 m) x 1 h/60 min = 0.58858 ft/min

This is true at any temperature and pressure provided you are only converting the units at the same temperature and pressure.
