It would hold 30 t of fresh water or about 31 t of sea water. The intrinsic density of fish must be very close to that of water, but I am not sure about their packing density. I would guess a mix of fish and ice filling the hold would be 25 -30 t. I would use the lower figure if ice melt is well drained, the upper figure if the fish are in icy slush.
