Default Paper mass, thickness, number, and clay

I am trying to find out paper thickness from these two different types of measurements:
1 (Limitedpapers)
Weights
65# Cover (73)
75# Cover (2)
80# Cover (334)
88# Cover (49)
89# Cover (3)

2 (The Game Crafter)
heavy clay coated 165# card stock
(also, I presume this is not coated in pottery-earth, but something by the same name?)

3 (Arts Cow)

280gsm premium matte paper

Couldn't find it here in the onlineconversion forums:

or here
(showthread.php?t=3009&highlight=paper+thickness)
or in the links therein.

thank you

The meaning of US paper weights depends on what kind of paper it is. It is the weight of 500 sheets of "basis" size; that size depends on type.
For cover, it is 500 sheets of 20" x 26", multiply weight in pounds by 2.704 for gsm (grams per square meter). 100# cover is 279 gsm, slightly lower weight than the the 280 gsm paper. 65# cover is about 0.006", 100# is 0.009" (but there is variation between mills.

Card stock is probably "index" and has a basis size of 25.5" x 30.5", multiply by 1.808 for gsm, so 165# index is about 300 gsm, or compares to about 110# cover. It will be about 0.012-0.013" thick.

(gsm is the weight in grams of 1 square meter of the paper)
