Vitamin measurement - convert mg to µg?

What is the µg measurement of the following?

folic acid 0.8 mg/d
vitamin B12 0.5 mg/d

From the research article I am guessing "/d" is per day.

0.8 mg/d x 1000 µg/mg = 800 µg/d
You can do the other one the same way
