Default Grams to Cups for a Recipe

I am in America and I need to know the conversions for a couple of items in a recipe that was given to me:
500g self rising flour = how many cups?
500g granulated sugar = how many cups?
200g of butter = how many cups? or even how many sticks of butter?

I really appreciate your assistance! Thank you!

500g self rising flour, 125 g/cup, so 4 cups
500g granulated sugar, 200 g/cup, so 2.5 cups
200g of butter, 113 g/stick, so just over 1.75 sticks

Density is around 0.92 g/mL so 306 g.

Hi,
I am looking for some one to help me I do not have a scale. I live in South Africa and I want to make meringues using ActiWhite, you might know it as Meringue powder but it the same thing. I need to know:

100g ActiWhite (meringue powder) = ?ml
This would be a great help if some one can help me!
