I am in America and I need to know the conversions for a couple of items in a recipe that was given to me:
500g self rising flour = how many cups? 500g granulated sugar = how many cups? 200g of butter = how many cups? or even how many sticks of butter? I really appreciate your assistance! Thank you! Sheila |

Quote:
500g granulated sugar, 200 g/cup, so 2.5 cups 200g of butter, 113 g/stick, so just over 1.75 sticks |
