Assuming your track was really a circle, and the circle fits the pond reasonably well, the radius is the circumference divided by 2*pi, the area is then pi*radius*radius or about 5300 m² or 0.53 ha. That is about 1.3 acre.
Note that perimeter is NOT a very good way to determine area, unless the shape is known accurately. The formulas will depend on shape.
