This is pretty simple maths, are you SURE you are a Dr.?

Anyway, there are 1000 micro IU in one milli IU, and 1000mL in one L.

You have to multiply by 1,000,000:

1mIU/mL = 1000µIU/mL = 1000000µIU/L
