Chocolate chips are 180 grams per cup.

260 grams = 1.44 cups, about 1 and 1/2 cups.

The closest I could find is melted chocolate which is 240 grams per cup.

The baking chocolate that comes in squares usually has the weight in grams in addition to the volume. You might check the packaging and see what it shows.

USDA database gives 200 g/cup for uncooked, white, short grain rice, which I think is the closest category for arborio rice. Other types range from 185-200 grams per cup.

USDA says 227 g/cup, so about 1.15 cups.

(one 1/4 lb stick is 113 g so about 2.3 sticks)

Cool Re: grams to cups

I'm wondering how to convert grams to cups. For a cheesy potato casserole?

Thanks,
Jane
