I can't find a specific density for ghee but most cooking oils are in the range 0.90 - 0.92 kg/L. So this would be about 0.58 cups (4.7 fl oz)

A quarter-pound (one stick) is 113 g. Add another 2 teaspoons to a stick and call it good.
