Converting RPM to m/s

Hello.

I'm trying to discover the means of converting RPM to metres per second. Even a formula would be hand. The radius is 4cm.

I found a site but it crashes my computer every time I go on it. Please help, Internet!

The circumference is 2*pi*radius
Each revolution advances one circumference
If you want m/s you need two conversions
100 cm = 1 m
60 s = 1 min

2*pi*4 cm * 1 m/100 cm x RPM x 1 min/60 s

I need to convert 0.194 m/s squared to rpm. How do I do this?

i have a drum (D= 365 mm ) its rpm = 90 rpm i wanna know it on m/s thx and regards

The circumference is pi*d = 1146.7 mm or 1.1467 m
It advances that amount in each revolution and 90 rpm is 1.5 rev/s (divide by 60 s/min)
1.1467 m/rev x 1.5 rev/s = 1.720 m/s

m/(s^2) is a unit of acceleration.
