Just the perimeter isn't very helpful at all. It could be many different shaped figures with different areas.
If it were a regular pentagon, the area would be 1.72048*s², where s is the length of a side (p/5)
so, A = 1.72048*(p/5)² = 883.42 m². But, you don't know it is a regular pentagon, which would be the maximum area for a given perimeter, so all we know (without side lengths and angles os
0 < area < 883.42 m²
Very frankly, this upper bound is only useful in a theoretical sense, as it could be anywhere between that and zero.
