Measure the length, width, and height of the boxes in inches (use the lid, which is slightly larger, for length and width. It will determine how closely the boxes can be packed.) Multiply the three numbers. This is the volume of one box in cubic inches. Divide by 1728 (12*12*12) to convert to cubic feet per box.
Multiply by the total number of boxes for the total volume you should be charged.
