Red face conversion of grams to mls

Hi

what would 180g cake flour and 300g sugar be equivalent to in a receipe for carrot cake be equivalent to in mls.

Look up the densities here:

and divide by them

Cake flour is 0.38 g/cm³, and sugar 0.81 g/cm³

180 g flour x 1 cm³/0.38 g = 474 cm³
(A cubic centimeter is the same as a milliliter)
300 g sugar is 370 cm³
