GSM is actually gram per square meter, a mass divided by area.

Although "ounce" may be commonl;y used in speaking, if this is paper, fabric, etc, it must also be in the form of mass/area is probably ounces per square yard for fabric, or basis ream for paper. But we need to know the full units before we can help.

I want to convert 7.5 ounce into GSM (gram sqaure meter).

1 yard =0.9144mtr
1 ounce=28.35gms

1ounce/1*1 yd=28.35grams/0.9144*0.9144mtrs

1 OZ/Sq.Yd=34grs/Sq.mtr
