The amount installed is 70 m²/0.14 m = 500 m
You will have cutting loses, cutting lengths to fit (some too short to use leftovers). Typical allowance is 10%, so 550 linear meters.
If you compare board lengths to the span between beams supporting your deck, you may be able to refine the cutting allowance, by planning how each board will be used to minimize waste, but most people don't bother. It might make sense if material is unusually expensive, exotic.
