Above mention are correct subject diffrnt region in India different. unit should compare like that
100 decimal (Sawthak) = 1 Acre
1Acre= 100*435.6 sqft= 43560 sq feet( 1 decimal= 435.6 sq .ft)
so if 1bigh= 33 decimal ,them 1 Bigha=14374.8sq ft ,other hand if 1 Bigha = 42 decimal then 1 Bigha= 42*435.6 sq feet=18295.2 sq feet .
So we can derived it as familiarizes according to region in India
