There is a problem as your "roll length" is in units of area.

If we first assume it really is the area,
10725 m² x 163 g/m² = 1 748 175 g = 1748.2 kg (rounded)

On the other hand, if it is really the length in meters, convert width to meters, compute area, then weight

10725 m x 0.143 m x 163 g/m² x 1 kg/1000 g = 250 kg
