Question REM to Sievert conversion

Each is a unit of tissue damage due to ionizing radiation. Good conversion to know.
What is it?

1 Sv = 100 rem
1 cSv = 1 rem
Per NIST SP 330, Table 10

The rem is obsolete and deprecated everywhere else. Per NIST SP 330 it is allowed but strongly discouraged in the United States in favor of modern SI unit, the sievert

10 millisievert = 1 REM,
1 sievert = 100 REM,
Rad workers limit is 5 REM/year
