Hey guys and girls...

I need to convert 10 Million Metric Tons of LNG to Cubic Meters (M3) of LNG.

I tried a few conversion tables but I don't think my calculations were correct.

This source gives a density of 0.40 - 0.42 t/m³

Using 0.41 t/m³, about 24.4 million cubic meters. If you know density of your gas, use it instead. That is the volume as a liquid. Allowed to warm and become a gas again, about 600 x the volume.

No. You need to divide 10 million tonnes by 0.41 t/m³ to get 24.4 million meters cubed.

Gas from different wells will vary slightly, so you should get a density figure for YOUR gas, not use a typical figure.
