You need two more pieces of information:
*Density of the fuel in kg/L
* Number of kilowatts being generated at the specified fuel efficiency.

I do not know the fuel density but we talk about diesel

Diesel varies but typical is around 0.84 kg/L

0.2526 kg/kWh x 1 L/0.84 kg x 15 kW = 4.51 L/h

Maximum standdy power is 179 KW and Prime power of the same engine is 158 KW the specific fuel consumption at prime power is 209 g/kWh What is the consumption in L/H and what is formula to calculate? (diesel density is 0,836)

I'm not sure what prime power is if stabndby power is greater????

At prime power
158 kW x 208 g/kWh x 1 L/836 g = 39.3 L/h

If power factor is one, the 2273 kVA is 2273 kW (it may be less if power factor is less than 1)

191 g/kWh x 2273 kW = 434 kg/h
