You need to know the thickness, but first convert all to the same base unit, such as feet or yards.

square feet * thickness in feet = cubic feet
cubic feet / 27 cubic feet/cubic yard = cubic yards

I need some help converting sq feet intoyards. Im laying down cement for a base for a shed the frame is set and messures 9feet 6 inches x 10 feet 6inches the dept is 10 inches
i also have a small ramp comeing off the base that messures 3feet 10 inches x 4 feet 1 inch and the dept starts at 10 inches to 2 inches

Everything has to be expressed in one unit. I'll use feet

Base = 9.5' x 10.5' x 0.833' = 83.125 ft³
Avg depth of ramp = 0.5 ft (6 inches)
3.833' x 4.083' x 0.5' = 7.827 ft³

Total is 90.952 ft³
At 27 ft³/yd³, 3.4 yd³

Divide 2" by 12 to get ft
672 ft x 60 ft x (2/12) ft = 6720 ft³
divide by 27 ft³/yd³ for cubic yards, for 249 yd³.

That is geometrical. The dirt is delivered loose and will pack down. I'd allow another 20% for compacting, say 300 yd³ (299 if you split hairs)
