Default Calculation of DNA base pair molarity

Hi all,

I am using calf thymus DNA with 10 K base pairs length. The concentration of DNA is 10 microgram/ml. How can I convert this concentration in to base pair molarity?

Thanks in advance

sincerely

For ANY conversion between grams and moles, you need to know the molar mass in grams per mole, which is numerically equal to the molecular weight in daltons, or unified atomic mass units.
