Default Convert 100ths of an hour to minutes

Is this correct? I have a time card that shows the worker clocked in at 7:04 and clocked out at 11:74 using a time clock that uses hundredths of an hour instead of minutes. I figured this guys total time to be 4 hours & 42 minutes by multiplying the hundredths (4.7 hours worked, .7 hundredths) by .6 - did I do this right? Thx.
