E=IxR states that volts are equivilent to amps X watts
So inversly volts divided by watts = amps
in this case 120 volts divided by 100 watts =1.2 amps
that given and adding that kwh=1000 watts used for 1 hr
so inversly a 1.2 amp load used continuosly for 1 hr = 100watt hours or 0.10kwh

I hope that helps
i have a kiln. it uses 240 volts, 48 amps. how many kWh are used for every 1hr of use? thank you for your help...

240 V * 48 A = 11520 W = 11.52 kW
Thus, in an hour, it uses 11.52 kWh

If a electric unit uses 30A/120V,
what is the actual kwh usage?.

30 A * 120 V = 4800 W or 4.8 kW
Every hour, it uses 4.8 kWh
