Default mililiter normal/min to mililiter/min

Hi
If we have volume flow rate at normal conditions(1bar,0 oC),How can we change it to a specified temp and press(i.e. 40bar,240 oC)?
Regards.

Default Re: mililiter normal/min to mililiter/min

Here si some elements that could helps you...

At 240 deg C I presume that your fluid is not a liquid...

If it's a gas, you know that according the Gas Law PV=MRT, (pressure*volume = mass*gas cte *temperature.

The pressure and temperature upgrade only change the density of the gas which is mass/volume = pressure / gas cte * temperature.

So surely that your flow will remain the same (if it pass trough a pump for example), but the difference will be in the mass of gas that will pass in the flow during the same time.

If a gas has density of 5 g/l at flow of 10 l/min it will pass 50 g/min
If a gas has density of 50 g/l at flow of 10 l/min it will pass 500 g/min
