A couple of questions before we can help

What temperature and pressure are used as "standard" for your industry? There are so many definitions of "standard" that there is no standard.

Is the pressure above absolute or gauge?

Va = Vs x Ps/Pa x Ta/Ts

I can't make real subscripts here but the a and s denote actual and standard. Both pressure and temperature must be absolute. (For absolute temperature add 273.15 K to the Celsius temperature, 45 °C is 318.15 K

122 psi x 6.89476 kPa/psi = 841.16 kPa
1 atm = 101.325 kPa

45 °C = 318.16 K
60 °F = 15.56 °C = 288.72 K

1873 m³ x 101.325 kPa/841.16 kPa x 318.16 K/288.72 K = 248.6 m³ at "actual" conditions.
