325' x 289 x 360 x 133. what is the acreage?

i have an odd shaped piece of land and don't know the acreage. Can you help? How do you figure for an acre?

If you draw in on paper you see that depending on the corner angles, there can be many different shapes with the same four sides. You have to know the corner angles to figure the area, or the bearings of the four side lines.
