Default grams to cups

I'm trying to convert grams to cups can you help?
375 grams of butter
300 grams of sugar
500 grams of flour

375 grams butter = 1.6 cups, thats about 1 and 1/2 cups
300 grams granulated sugar = 1.6 cups, thats about 1 and 1/2 cups
500 grams US all-purpose flour = 5 cups

If they are uncooked peas the conversion is.
500 gram = 3.302150654477 cup [US]

USDA says one cup. raw, chopped is 91 g, so about 5.5 cups.

Well, fewer cups of lead than of feathers. Different things have different weights per cup, so it depends on what you are measuring (and whether we can find a density figure for it).

125 g/cup, so just under 3 cups
