We need way more info. Percentage (like ppm) is ambiguous as it can be figured on a ratio of masses, volumes, or number of moles. Do you know how it is figured? What is the other substance? If lead is 6.05%, what is 100%?
For the desired micrograms per cubic meter, cubic meter of what? Is it the same substance as above that lead is 6% of? If it is a gas, like air, what is the temperature and pressure?
