Hi, if you want to know the answer at "normal" conditions, then there is 1000L in 1 cubic meter, so 82,000L/hour.

If you want to know the answer at your conditions, you have to correct for both temperature and pressure. Pressure is corrected at 1atm, Temperature is corrected at 273.15K.

27 bar is near enough to 1atm to ingore, unless you want pinpoint accuracy.

The equation looks like this:

82,000 x (your temperture K) ÷ 273.15 = Actual flow rate (in L/hr)

Uhh, something's wrong there. 1 bar (100 kPa) is pretty close to 1 atm (101.325 kPa), so 27 bar is pretty close to 27 atm. The equation needs to be multiplied by 1 atm/27 atm (or more exactly 101.325 kPa/2700 kPa).
