Hello,
This measurement was sent to me from a friend in Russia. This is her height. I am not familar with this unit of measure and I cannot find a conversion for this. Please help me. I would like to know how tall she is in feet and inches.

I haven't the slightest idea what ñì could mean.

Though if I had to guess, I would say she is providing her height in centimeters.

171 centimeters would be about 5 feet 7 inches. That sound about right?

But what metric units? I'm guessing
7.32 m: 24 ft
366 cm or 2.66 m: 12 ft
132 cm or1.32 m: 4.33 ft (4 ft 4 in)

In all cases divide by the legal definition of a foot 0.3048 m/ft.
