*Twas the month before Christmas*
*When all through our land,*
*Not a Christian was praying*
*Nor taking a stand.*
*See the PC Police had taken away,*
*The reason for Christmas - no one could say.*
*The children were told by their schools not to sing,*
*About Shepherds and Wise Men and Angels and things.*
*It might hurt people's feelings, the teachers would say*
* December 25th is just a ' Holiday '.*
*Yet the shoppers were ready with cash, checks and credit*
*Pushing folks down to the floor just to get it!*
*CDs from Madonna, an X BOX, an I-pod*
*Something was changing, something quite odd! *
*Retailers promoted Ramadan and Kwanzaa*
*In hopes to sell books by Franken & Fonda.*
*As Targets were hanging their trees upside down*
* At Lowe's the word Christmas - was no where to be found.*
*At K-Mart and Staples and Penny's and Sears*
*You won't hear the word Christmas; it won't touch your ears.*
*Inclusive, sensitive, Di-ver-si-ty*
*Are words that were used to intimidate me.*
*Now Daschle, Now Darden, Now Sharpton, Wolf Blitzen*
*On Boxer, on Rather, on Kerry, on Clinton !*
*At the top of the Senate, there arose such a clatter*
*To eliminate Jesus, in all public matter.*
*And we spoke not a word, as they took away our faith*
* Forbidden to speak of salvation and grace*
*The true Gift of Christmas was exchanged and discarded*
*The reason for the season, stopped before it started..*
*So as you celebrate 'Winter Break' under your 'Dream Tree'*
*Sipping your Starbucks, listen to me.*
*Choose your words carefully, choose what you say*
*Shout MERRY CHRISTMAS ,
not Happy Holiday !*
Please, all Christians join together and
wish everyone you meet
MERRY CHRISTMAS
Christ is The Reason for the Christ-mas Season!
If you agree please forward, if not, I am so sorry that you are missing out on
something so powerful and loving - The Reason.

Long time ago in Bethlehem so the Holy Bible said, Mary's Boy Child Jesus Christ was born on Christmas Day. Hark now hear the angels sing a King was born today and man will live for evermore because of Christmas Day :) :)

Joe, in Australia do the clerks in the stores wish you a Merry Christmas or do they say something like happy holidays. I was just curious because it seems like in America people have gotten so PC that they don't want to say Merry Christmas anymore. In Washington state the governor allowed an atheist sign right next to the nativity scene.

Marwahad, How do they celebrate Christmas in India?

Do they have school on Christmas Day?

In your culture is Christmas all about Santa Claus?

In America Christmas used to be a holiday to celebrate the fact that Jesus Christ was born as our savior. Unfortunately many people object to the meaning of the holiday. They want the holiday all about gifts and Santa and material things. It makes me sad that so many miss out on the true meaning of Christmas.

Sandra, All the politicians trying to be politically correct will do anything to get a vote, Australia is a Christian country, in some schools the not allowed to sing Xmas carols it might offend other religions what a lot of rubbish, but I noticed us Christians are fighting back there are more Merry Christmas signs on shop widows and more decorations then ever, so let’s all have a joyful time and celebrate the birth of Christ, and brink on the New Year with a bang.
Merry Christmas toy every one stay healthy and safe, all the best.:) :)
(how time fly’s not that long ago we where celebrating the year 2000 and the earth was suppose to stop spinning and we all where going to die lol)
